Added a new test server : 
[EU/NO]Raptor.nu HC/PvP/Prim/1Gbit – (v201.4)

This server runs similar config as the PVE primitive server, with some tuning :
Hardcore, if you die, you die.
PvP, players may and can shoot to kill you on the spot. Play smart.
T-Rex, Spinosaur cannot be tamed.
As mentioned its a test server, running on same hardware as the PVE server.
It will be monitored, configuration may change so uptime cant be guaranteed but we try for 24/7 of course.
More tuning etc to come, got questions / suggestions / whatever, talk to Xena on the PVE server.
